He has successfully built & scaled high performing diverse teams in different geographies serving large and reputed Technology and Management Consulting organizations. He is currently based in Dubai, UAE.

He is passionate about people development, people well-being, and employee experience. His leadership ideology is what the book is about, which is about adapting one's leadership style as per the individual.
