One Crooked Thing

There are unspeakable things that live in the dark. They scuttle down our hallways and watch us while we sleep. They wait in unnoticed corners and feed on fear. They might be a routine case, more blood on the streets of Los Angeles. Or they might be evidence of an insidious occult plot ensnaring his soul. But because he's suffering from "war nerves" he can't tell what's true.The doctor says all he needs is to take those little white pills and he'll be just fine. Just fine.Of course, medicines can't erase all the dead bodies piling up around him. Or the unnamable thing waiting in the shadows for him. When the only people who can help him begin to die one by one in gruesome incidents, Ren must learn that demons come in all shapes and sizes before he completely loses his slipping grip on reality.
