One would think by utilizing new technologies and innovative ideas in modern HR would create more efficiencies for the HR department and the organization. Yet HR departments have become more complex in many areas which unfortunately have fallen short of being truly effective.

This book also introduces the Four Fundamentals Approach (FFA) to leadership design training, in which gives the control to HR Departments and their organization to be instrumental with creating their own leadership training from ground zero. The FFA approach is essential for creating well-rounded leaders for organizations, from supervisor to executive level.
At the end of this book, the reader will understand the importance of fundamental approach to both HR and leadership training and the benefited impact it will have for creating, building or transforming HR to another level.
