The people of Noel welcomed Jon Chachon, the new police officer to town. The ladies loved his handsome looks and charm, while the men were impressed with his war hero past. Not everyone was pleased with Chachon's arrivel. Erica Gallo was immediately his target to be stopped and harrassed, every time she drove through town. It wasn't long after the traffic stops began, Erica realized that Chachon had moved in with her vindictive enemies, Rachel and Coach Dillard.
