Monte Carlo. A city of wealth. It's casinos and restaurants, its boutiques, shops, malls and storefronts all stand in the Mediterranean sun with open arms ready to receive them. The rich, the powerful, the beautiful people. Especially the beautiful people. And they are there, on the streets, in the shops, at the beaches, the trendy places. And Mr. Swann is there.
