Of Blood and Lions

"Bite her Do it, now, before it is too late, before I lose her forever." The animal placed one of its huge paws around my neck, holding my head with the gentlest of touches. Lips as soft as silken fabric brushed past my ear, producing a feeling of euphoria as sensual as the anticipation of a first kiss. The lion did not kiss me, though. The glorious beast opened its mouth wider, exposing my skin to its teeth, and bit into me.
