Oceana

Author Stephen Williams grew up in the coastal town of Pacifica, California, where life was as regular as the early morning fog, until one fateful night in 1964. Oceana; A True Story is about the author's life with an emphasis on strange events that occurred when he was a senior in high school. For most of the students attending Oceana High School in '64, it was a year like any other year, but for a few it was surreal, like a spider waiting to capture its prey in a web built of deceit, lies, illusions and the spiritual unexplained. The struggles of youth, unfailing friendship, confronting the mysterious and searching for love are all found within its pages. The story spans 40 years in one man's life, culminating with one last act that brings him peace and the realization that few things in life occur just by chance. While some may view life as a roll of the dice, Williams sees it much differently, and you'll discover why as you read his story.
