During the quarantine by covid-19 many people dared to undertake, but very few managed to make their ventures successful, profitable and sustainable in a virtual environment and high competition, the key to success lay in the performance of the entrepreneur to face and overcome the different obstacles that affected entrepreneurship during the pandemic. In this case the research is descriptive, quantitative approach, non-experimental field design and the sample consists of 660 successful entrepreneurs. The survey was used with the support of 300 interviewers from private universities such as UIP-UAM-ULATINA and UNESCPA. The results identified the following findings, a total of 07 obstacles categorized as main obstacles such as fear of failure, internet sales, lack of capital, acquisition of raw materials, competition, distribution and lack of experience. It was concluded that the successful Panamanian resilient entrepreneurs used customized innovative strategies that were adapted to the different obstacles and were able to overcome them in an efficient and effective way.
