Nursery Rymes to Degree is a variety of poems expressing the cards of life dealt of being a teenage parent, overcoming low self-esteem, depression and being a Lupus Awareness advocate. The book discusses the emotional thoughts of feeling like a little girl trapped in a grown woman body. Mentally, I am responsible for the everyday task of life. Emotionally, I had not caught up with my physical puberty. Feeling as if games had caused so many emotional wounds. That I finally became tired of racking up marks while others gained points of my emotions. So, I refused to stay stagnant while the green light is being mentioned.
