This is a book of my poetry
Sometimes I was in dark places, other times I was Happy
Happy and sad, dark and light,
Two sides of life, both so bright,
Poetry brings us to the place,
Where we can see beyond the face,
The joy and sorrow, both so real,
Can be expressed in words that heal,
The truth and beauty, both so deep,
Poetry gives life its shape and keep.
