Not Our Job

It doesn't matter how many jobs we create - if we fail to prepare the people that get them. Education is the responsibility of a society. We face some tough questions today. Are we teaching the right things and are we starting early enough? How do we measure outcomes? Must our young people mortgage their future to pay for a college degree? Are we investing enough to train our workers? It's time that we tackle the challenge that faces our workforce. It's time to strategize, work together, take action, and solve the problem that threatens the hope of a prosperous future for so many.
