Not a Walk in the Park dives deep into the life a young girl into teenage years, and adulthood while living with bipolar disorder and borderline personality disorder. It is not always pretty, it might be unconfortably real and descriptive at times, but it strives to show the reader how possible (although difficult) it is to live a healthy life, even after getting a "scary" diagnosis. Autobiographycal and simply written in free verse styled poetry, Not a Walk in the Park will take you on a ride into the darkness and fire of Bipolar and BPD.
