Noncoding Rnas in Cancer Therapy

The aim of this book is to provide a comprehensive description of the role of non-coding RNAs including miRNAs, lncRNAs and circRNAs in cancer therapy. It is focused on understanding the biological function of non-coding RNAs in cancer and how they affect other types of molecular pathways and mechanisms in regulating cancer progression. Further, attention is given to the function of non-coding RNAs in cancer diagnosis and prognosis, and their presence in exosome for minimally-invasive diagnosis of cancer patients.
