This Workbook will prayerfully help the LGBTQ+Teens and/or NoGenderations cultures to recognize and understand that there is a spiritual process in maturity to recover and rebuild a person's life and identity. It is also hoped to help nonbinary or nogender identity Teens and their Parents with understanding the traumatic experiences in their lives and issues that may be causing some or all of the difficult symptoms that they might be experiencing. LGBTQ+Teens and Parents must understand the transitional points between the painful life cycles during the LGBTQ+Teen "coming-out" and the recovery process from rejection. Once the cycle recurs, they will be able to understand themselves and others better. This is when the transformation cycle is supposed to lead them. While spiritual growth is being processed, tension may build along the way while uprooting emotional issues that need to come to a head so divine inner-healing can take place within themselves and authentic love can be received from their family.
