Myles Metcalf definitely needs nimbility to keep from being killed or thrown in prison by the IRS. He is a fugitive hiding out in the middle of Washington DC trying to dodge being caught and looking for a way to break in to the files of an evil empire to clear himself of being a crook and a tax evader.
