1986, New York City. Names of streets and historic landmarks don't matter. A teenager wouldn't pay attention to things like that right? You would think. It's summer. The time for fun. The fun doesn't have time to start when kids and grown adults start acting suspicious and some vanish. Overdoses skyrocket. And two seventeen year olds who had just met are brought together to figure it out. That's when the names don't matter, but faces and places do. But first, they must go undercover and dive into the world of drug dealing, homelessness, and even death. And along with all of that, they have their own problems. And through it all, they attempt to contain their sanity. Because they are just kids after all.
