It is Europe, 1944. The continent, as with most of the world, has been torn apart by a devastating world war. For some it is a tragedy. For others it is an opportunity. For Joan Langley and Rachel Myers it is the opportunity of a lifetime. Both women yearned for fame and fortune. Joan was determined to find her place as a battlefront correspondent. Rachel, seeking out stories of human interest, had stumbled upon an adventure that was just as deadly and dangerous.
