New Plains Review is a student-driven literary journal with its roots at the University of Central Oklahoma that strives to present the same creative and academic excellence upon which the university is founded. We serve as an inclusive collection of creative works in the forms of poetry, fiction, non-fiction, and artwork, passionately showcasing the character, voice, and spirit of our writers. It is through this collection that we hope to empower writers and artists from varying cultures and backgrounds.
