NEGATIVE DISORDERS INTHE CLINIC OF SCHIZOPHRENIA

The problems of diagnosis and therapy of schizophrenia occupy a leading place in both foreign and domestic clinical psychiatry. The textbook presents historically established and modern theoretical concepts of schizophrenia etiopathogenesis. The leading role of negative disorders in social and occupational maladjustment of schizophrenic patients is shown, and their diagnostic criteria and clinical forms are described. Current approaches to therapy of negative disorders in the clinic of schizophrenia are indicated from the position of their effectiveness assessment according to evidence-based medicine. The methods of psychosocial rehabilitation in a complex approach to therapy of negative disorders in patients with schizophrenia are considered.The guidelines are intended for use in the curricula of medical universities and postgraduate medical education, as well as for practicing psychiatrists, psychotherapists and medical psychologists.
