Beskrivelse
In this book you will find a collection of Haiku (also known as Hokku) that were researched to be written for your enjoyment. A Haiku is a form of poetry that requires seventeen syllables in three lines of five, seven, and five. In Japanese, these 'syllables' are called 'mora'. As the moras can't be translated to English they are changed and these syllables we hear are used instead. The lines rarely rhyme. Traditionally, Haikus are written on kigo (seasonal words or references) kireji (cutting word or symbol) and should show the actions, not tell them.
