This book attempts to evaluate the process of implementation of select development schemes and programmes in Tamil Nadu, in the backdrop of the principles of the New Public Management. It analyses their objectives, target groups, pattern of funding, salient features, impacts and achievements. The perspectives of the multi-stakeholders have also been examined and explained.
