This story is an extraordinary tale of power struggles that took place in Bharatvarsh at the end of the Dwaparyuga and the beginning of the Kaliyuga. The story begins with the Mahabharata war that occurred in Kurukshetra. After the war, Yudhishthira became the king of Bharatvarsh, and he was succeeded by Abhimanyu's son, Parikshit.
