The classic mythos of Carcosa and the king in yellow have been haunting the pages of literature for hundreds of years. From its first noticable mentions by Ambroce Bierce, to Chambers, Lovecraft, and beyond, the mysterious myth of the unamed traveler waking to find himself in another dimension, and that of the Yellow King and the eery symbolism surrounding his story, has mesmorized readers of strange fiction and horror and has taken on a life of its own as each writer further unfolds the iconic story. This is a new modern take on the classic story and language of the original stories within the mythos by Bierce, and Chambers. It pays homage to the epic saga as a whole and extends the story in greater detail and imagery than ever before.
