My Happy Book - 25 exercises for happier children and parents is in language and layout aimed at the 9-12 years old children, but the exercises have no age limit and can be used by everybody. The book makes your child aware of the benefits from thinking in a positive way and shows how you can influence your own level of happiness, joy and well-being. And it only takes 20 minutes a day.My Happy Book - 25 exercises for happier children and parents was the base of the impact study/research project called "How children gain new competencies and knowledge of how to take action. A study of an intervention in Danish public schools based on positive psychology", which the author Louise Tidmand was head of in the summer of 2012. 141 children and their families as well as teachers participated in the research.
