Our murder mystery begins as Maye's new agent, Sarah McClanahan, discovers her client's bloody bodies in her new listing. Maye's sexy boyfriend, Sheriff's Deputy Frank Singleton, has his hands full as crimes pile up!

Maye sells the deal of a lifetime! Four lakefront properties surrounding beautiful Lake Haverly in Punkin Center, Arizona. The first three sales are easy peasy! The fourth seller, James Crandall, a well-known local hothead, challenges Maye's and Ed's expertise.

Her clients are New York Attorney Miranda Feldman and her wanna-be writer-husband, Joshua. When Joshua discovers a body floating in their Shangri-la, he needs his wife!

The coroner identifies the body as James Crandall. At his memorial, James arrives alive and madder than a hornet!
