In this updated version of the seventh Blackbird Sisters mystery, a Main Line society scandal explodes when a noted Philadelphia philanthropist takes a high dive. Did he fall, or was he pushed? Down, but hardly out heiress Nora Blackbird turns sleuth when her friend Lexie becomes the prime suspect in the blue-blooded murder. Nora's trouble-making sisters manage to make mayhem of their own, with wild child Emma inconveniently pregnant, and Libby falling hard for the driver of a Rolls-Royce that hit her in the street. The murder investigation is complicated by the return of Nora's scandalous parents and the appearance of a long-lost relative who brings even more quirky trouble to whole Blackbird family, and it's just about too much for Mick Abruzzo to handle.
