Rowling Heights is the most luxurious apartment building in San Diego, its opulent units overlooking the bay. Living in the building is an exquisite experience... although, the owner's son Tony might disagree, considering he was thrown over the side of his penthouse's balcony just mere hours ago.



But never fear! Private Investigator Annie Hudson is on the case. She'll root through the residents' secrets, getting to the bottom of the case in this exclusive apartment building where everyone has something to hide, but nobody's talking. Only a handful of people had access to the thirteenth floor-- and one of them murdered Tony in cold blood. Annie Hudson intends to find out who committed the crime, all while unravelling the secrets of her own past.
