Anticipating a romantic weekend at the cottage with Ben, Samantha couldn't know she would soon join the legions of mourners for the disappeared. The blood trail that led to the river told her she would spend much more than this weekend alone.

All the evidence points to Ben's best friend Gerry. Sam is furious he is suspected of Ben's murder as well as conspiracy in corporate espionage. No! That can't be. He has been kidnapped or killed. Find him. Rescue him. Save him-if he's even alive.
