Murder at the Apthorp

Full-Length Play • World-famous novelist Garret Davison takes an apartment at the historic Apthorp, a giant pre-war building on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, to work on his latest novella. From the moment he moves in, things start to go wrong: he hears whispers inside the walls, a cat disappears, writer's block and sleepless nights torment him... And then seemingly healthy tenants in the building start to die one by one. From the first moment to the last it's never clear who's villainous or virtuous-and who's in control. (2M, 1F)
