Mr. Dove's Rainbow

Mr. Dove is an elementary school teacher, who's hobby is aviation, and he owns a glider. Besides teaching, he has three loves. One, he loves the idea of World Peace. Two, he loves to fly his glider. Three, he loves rainbows. Mr. Dove also has three wishes. One, he wants to share his love of Peace. Two, he wants to be able to spend more time flying his glider. Three, he wishes that there would be a rainbow up in the sky, even on sunny days. The problem Mr. Dove wants to solve is: How can he combine his three loves and his three wishes together, so he can share them with the community in a happy way?
