Mara's grandmother gave her a very special book with instructions to keep it with her most valuable possessions. She also told her that the book would be very useful someday and that it would be passed on to someone very special like her. Mara forgot everything. When she moved to her new home, he gave away many of her old things to make room for all the new things she bought. Among those things was her old school backpack with the book inside.
