Movements of Magicalness introduces a simple moving meditation to bring in to daily living. This is done through introducing new characters who are facing global and personal challenges. In this way the reader can relate to and reflect on similar situations in their own life. And like the characters in the book they can discover the magic within through these movements, bringing more joy, meaning and purpose to their life. Despite feeling pain, concern and uncertainty a deeper stillness can be found. It brings messages of Oneness, Mindfulness and strength within in these times of great change on our planet.
It is about discovering the beauty and power inside, the magic and the mystery, knowing our deep connection to one another, all living beings and indeed our Universe. It introduces themes of caring for all of life, for our Earth, for ourselves and for knowing that this life is special.
At the end of the book are instructions on how to learn the simple movements of meditation that can bring a greater stillness, depth, focus, awareness and connectivity. These movements can be shared with another.
