Mourning Doves

To those on the outside, handsome, wealthy broadcasting executive Jason Borseau's life seems idyllic. In reality, his existence is like the surreal reflections in a house of mirrors.When World War II ends, Jason, a decorated B-17 pilot, returns to Arizona, anguished and guilt-ridden after most of his crew is lost in a raid on Schweinfurt, Germany. Bent on drowning his nightmares in alcohol, when at last Jason rises above his self-induced oblivion, he finds himself trapped in a disastrous marriage with a psychotic who abuses their young son.
