DEATH WISH: MOTHERS MORIBUND: ONSET
I may close the tale with the children, but first, it is the tormented mothers we must stope; Come travel these unpaved paths with me... They may well forge the greatest hope .
Two brothers, the wanderer, and the warrior, seek a sister lost in a foreign land, amidst this mysterious realm. They dread the fates of her children and that of their own. Despair shadows them; their torment stretches its limbs into the cosmos.
Let us venture into this wondrous world that awaits, a playground in which there is much to explore, a great adventure to be had. Allow me to explain to you the wisdom in the wish for death, the laughter in it. A realm so complicated as this, one that beats a wretched illness of mind into the most formidable of folk, cannot always be elucidated with the speed of adventure. I assure you, however, that it is an adventure, albeit with a different face.
Never you mind the following horror with too serious a visage. For though the story may be a sad song, it will pass, and may have morphed your person into another. Your smile, as you emerge from this tale's culmination, may be wider; perhaps your tears will bear more meaning, derived now from compassion, and no longer sorrow.
Cities will crumble, mountains will crack, oceans will groan, and rivers turn red, and I, the unlikeliest of survivors, will tell you of all that I yet remember, all that I have painstakingly learned. This tale is indeed dreary, yet I will read it to you by a warm and unfading light. You may slumber assured that not all is yet dark, not all is yet lost...
