Moon Over My Shoulder: A 365 Day Devotional

The name, "Moon Over My Shoulder", dropped softly into my spirit and a knowing permeated my soul. I knew that it was special before I knew that it was a book. It is the culmination of forty years of calling on my life to use the words my heavenly Father has given me to encourage and teach. It was written to lift up the brokenhearted and lay them at the feet of the only One who can mend their hearts and spirits, Jesus.

Formatted as a daily devotional, each day will reveal a story or observation from my experiences, accompanied by Scripture passages. You will grow to know me through them, but my hope and desire are that you come to know your heavenly Father more; that your trust and faith in Him will prosper, and that every day you will grow in your relationship with Him.

This book was not written because I aspired to write a book; it was written because I could not escape God's calling to write it. It was written to draw His children into a closer relationship with our Creator and to know Him as He wishes to communicate with us, intimately. Each page is a reminder to sit and engage with the One who knows and loves us. I pray you will be blessed and encouraged with each page of this book, and perhaps share it with those who are desiring to walk in increasing awareness of His presence.
