Monsoon Turbulence

He wonderfully universalizes the local themes as in the "Dancing Tiger". The plight of a contemporary woman is reflected in 'The Broiler Chicken' and "The Nose-cutter". The poet explores through fantasy the beauty beyond the mystery of death in "The Eternal Voyage". There are glimpses of political and social turbulence throughout his work.
