I never heard of the Black Hand until reading this book. NYC has had its share of murder and corruption over the past couple of centuries and the Author is a wealth of knowledge about it. Murder Inc. was an unbelievable group of men who got away with their crimes for some time. It is amazing to see how far police investigations have come since that time.
