Misty Fairchild and the Heart of Alignment

Seventeen-year-old Misty Fairchild and her sister are hiking across the Texas Hill Country in what could be a delightful camping trip; but instead, it's a harrowing nightmare due to the fact that they are on the run from the secret underground base where they've been held captive for the last five years. Eighteen-year-old Adam Rowan is glamping across America with his little brother and cousin in what should be a fun family excursion; but instead, it's turned into a nightmare because the cute girl he just met blew up the diner they were in with her brain. Isn't that always the way? When the sinister Brute Squad catches up to Misty, the Rowans team up with their new friends to go after them to help her bring the whole organization down. But first, she has to survive Halloween.
