This Encyclopedia identifies 275 Missions and Ministry Opportunities for the local church.
One of the greatest challenges of the local church is assimilating and integrating members of all ages into ministry opportunities. From gradeschool children to the most senior adults, there is a place of service for everyone Our goal is to help make ministry effective and meaningful for both the church and the Team Member/Ministers who perform this work.
The Ministries in this Encyclopedia have been organized into nine categories. As team members are added to each ministry, you will discover that their skills and passions may open additional doors to enhance each of the ministries listed in this manual. You should not consider this manual as the final word on the development of a ministry or which ministries should be developed, but rather as a springboard to the creative process between God and His people who will reach the lost, the hungry, or others in need.
This manual will provide the basic framework for developing your ministry pattern.

A Scriptural Authority for the ministry. A Synopsis of the ministry. The Spiritual Gifts that might be helpful for those involved in the ministry. We match the ministry to 5 Gifts inventories ( 7, 9, 16, 20 and 23 Gift lists) The Passion Qualities that may indicate a person's match with the ministry.Your personal passions are what make you the unique person God created. Every person in your congregation will be passionate about something, and almost any passion has a spiritual component. Passions do not fall into spiritual and non-spiritual categories. They are simply passions. AIM believes that passions can and will be used by God when exercised with gifts and skills. Professional or Employment backgrounds, which may prepare a person for this ministry. Each new member to your church fellowship brings with him/her a wide range of professional and career experience. Many people may have had part-time jobs in high school that have added experiences and skills to their lives, which may be useful in carrying out your church's ministry. Examples of implementing the ministry in the local church. This manual will give you ideas to start, Maintain or expand a ministry within your church, community or ages in your church
