Mirror of a Star

Calvin Harris is caught up in the mundane of life. He spends his days working at Jona's Bar & Grill and his nights doing poetry gigs in the SpeakEasy Caf . One evening Calvin receives a phone call and an invite to one of the newest nightspots in town, on a double date, by a woman in whom he grows fond of. After a night of fun and excitement, Calvin begins to take interest in his life and his newfound relationship with this woman. There's just one problem though-this woman's best friend has a thing for Calvin also, and she doesn't mind showing it. What starts out as newfound love then becomes a mix up of conflicting emotions and deceiving relationships. Calvin persists at making things work until he meets a man who knows all too well of him and someone who works him out a deal that could make him a star. Through a series of inspirational and near tragic events-a star is born. Mirror of a Star depicts the image of a man whose life mirrors and reflects the picture of one who went from a low self-imaging individual to a star on the stage of life. His life describes to all how one can look into his or her inner mirror and see the reflection of success fulfilled in the face of what may appear as apparent failure.
