Ministry of Murder. Suspicion is raised when three bodies turn up in the Thames over a period of months and all three were employed at the Ministry of Health in the Drug Procurement department. Palmer's team take a look with a forensic accountant and discover things are not how they should be. The money trail leads higher up to Senior Civil Servants and an MP. Family liasons with European Organised crime come to light as the body count grows and people panic.
