I've met the boy of my dreams...

and now someone wants me dead.

When something so wonderful as love at first sight happened, I had no idea how much would change

overnight. I have a lot on my plate and turning eighteen was only the beginning. Ready to graduate high

school, my mother was getting remarried to a wonderful man who loves her makes for the kind of life I

had always hoped for.

And then I met Devon.

Someone doesn't want us together and is willing to go to extreme lengths to prove their point. When

my friends start disappearing, I find myself in a cat and mouse game with someone willing to pay the

ultimate sacrifice.

Devon's dark past is a piece to the puzzle, but I'm not sure I'll be able to dig deep enough before it's too

late. I may just become another player in a game that has no ending except one.
