Beskrivelse
One of the aims of this work is to give law students and professionals working in the field of Military Criminal Law and Military Criminal Procedure an option for research and teaching, without, however, wishing to exhaust the subject. The Constitutional vision that this work deals with is undoubtedly the most important focus, because we must have the Constitutional norms as a beacon, no matter how much the law is discussed, it is the Constitutional principles that must guide all studies, as the solid and broad foundation for the construction and obedience of the other norms. The lack of discussion of these branches of law on academic benches was also a reason that spurred us to write a few lines about Military Criminal Procedure, trying to address topics that are little visited by authors in the field. Finally, we hope to arouse the reader's curiosity and sympathy for knowledge not only of the DPM and DPPM but also of the work of Military Justice, a noble structure of the Brazilian Judiciary responsible for the important role of representing the oldest of the Brazilian Courts.
