When Murphy's friend Robin is beaten to death by her boyfriend Morgan and loses her baby, Murphy takes it personal and promises her to bring Morgan to justice, as she dies. With an eclectic group of Key Wests Murphy chases Morgan, his outlaw biker gang and ends up in the Ocala National Forest facing bikers working a meth lab, running a strip club and all under the watchful eye of federal agents. When the final scenes are played out Murphy may lose his soul to keep his promise.
