Many people ask questions of the veracity of the bible. Is it really true? How do you know? Those are valid questions. In these pages we will show that the case is made that it is true. We will use the books of the Bible to show that they are not only related, but reinforce each other. -King David's Psalm 22 written 1000 years before the birth of Christ. -The Book of Isaiah, Chapter 53 written over 600 years before the birth of Christ -Finally we discuss the New Testament Book of John, where the prophecies of Isaiah and King David are realized with the ministry, death and resurrection of Jesus... We also review the Dead Sea Scrolls and strict methodology used in copying the Old Testament scrolls. The Old Testament was also translated into Greek from Hebrew into Greek, by Jewish scholars in Alexandria, Egypt. The Greek Old Testament was the Bible in wide use in the time of Jesus, since Alexander the Great, had made Greek the common language of that time. Jesus, the disciples, the apostles and thousands of others would have spoken Greek and used a Greek bible. We hope this is useful for you is reinforcing your current faith or convincing you that the Bible and Jesus are real and that He has paid the price for our sins.
