Mercury Blues

Mercury Blues is a story of redemption; about a young dentist, orphaned whilst a child living in Australia, whose fear of love and committment, force him to hide behind a facade of witty one liners, practical jokes, his Scottishness and alcohol.



When he becomes the butt of a practical joke, the subsequent fall out with his nemesis, forces him to evaluate his life, face his fears back in Australia, and finally become the man he always aspired to be.



A sequence of colourful characters in this fictionalised,semi-biographical novel provide a witty observation on life and its many varied vagaries that will

amuse, and then reduce you to tears.
