Bryan never expected to rub the belly of a sea snake after getting his MD degree. But then again, he never expected to be unemployed and broke either...In the early spring of 2012 when the trees were blossoming and flowers were blooming, Bryan was getting rejected from every medical school in North America.While walking between classes wondering what to do, he serendipitously saw an ad for a Caribbean medical school. He was finally accepted and was soon on a plane towards strange and distant lands. In an adventure filled with sweaty t-shirts and bloody white coats, international travel, and a couple of dogs, Bryan sheds light into the absurdly difficult world of medical school and getting into residency.
