This book "Mechanics Department in Physics Lessons and Problem Solving Methodology" describes the Physics Lessons and Problem Solving Methodology. In the science of physics, not only one body is studied, but also several sets of bodies are studied. These bodies can be considered as a set (system) of material points. One macroscopic body can be divided into small pieces, and these pieces can be imagined as a system (system) of interacting material points.
