The end of the world is (maybe) nigh and Allie Callas feels fine ... for a basket case, in the sixth installment of the Greek Ghouls series.



When Allie returns to Merope after an emergency trip to the Caribbean, the island is in disarray. People missing. Ghosts gone. And there's a goat cartwheeling down the main street, thanks to a freak windstorm. She has an inkling it's not natural. It's raining seawater, for starters.

Could this be the beginning of what her sister Toula claims is The End?

As Allie searches for answers, she discovers there's more than one mystery in play. Historical figures from the distant past are determined to block her progress-along with a new distraction: Adonis Diplas, the new owner of the More Super Market, a dangerously attractive, self-proclaimed entrepreneur with sharp wits and a penchant for cleanliness. He wants to do Allie a favor-for a price she doesn't want to pay.

To make matters worse, her go-to source for cakes and paranormal information is closed for the foreseeable future-a future that is depressingly short, according to Allie's sister.

Allie might be stranded, but she's a woman with a knack for finding lost things. She'll need to muster all her resources as she races against time to save her family, her home, and the world.
