Maybe It Wasn't My Fault

Dahlia never thought that at fourteen years old, it would be in her hands to change the education system and fix what was broken with the world. She never imagined that her high school career would come to her word versus his, or that her entire future would be changed in a million different ways because of a hundred poorly chosen actions. Never in her wildest dreams did she think that was how her reality would play out, but it was, and it was her burden to bear in order to ensure nobody would ever live a life like hers again.
